Aldente

Aldente is a catering brand founded by Jess, created to bring authentic Italian products directly to events and pop-up locations through a distinctive, handcrafted cart. Each selection is carefully curated, driven by a personal approach and a deep respect for quality and tradition.

We reimagined the brand from the ground up, beginning with a refined redesign of the logo. From there, we developed a complete visual identity that captures Aldente’s artisanal spirit and Italian roots, clean, elegant, and rich in character.

To translate the brand into a tangible experience, we also designed a custom 3D model of the cart. More than a visualization, this model became the blueprint for the physical cart now in use at events, turning design into something functional, mobile, and real.
